WELCOME TO TALBOT RINK
The Dorothy Talbot Rink, located at 32 Cherry Street in Gloucester, is home to Cape Ann Youth Hockey, Cape Ann Figure Skating Club, Gloucester High School Hockey, O'Maley Middle School Hockey, and Rockport High School Hockey. The rink offers public skating on weekends from November through March. Adult stick practice and Adult open skate Wednesday mornings. Birthday parties and private rentals throughout the season.

When is public skating ?
Public skating will begin on 11/18/23 and will be held on most Saturdays & Sundays from 2PM-4PM. There may be extended times available during school vacations. Please check the rink calendar as times are liable to change.
What is the pricing for public skating?
Adults - $7.00
Children - $5.00
Children Under 5 - No Charge

When does stick practice take place, and how much does it cost?
Stick Practice occurs most Wednesdays from 11AM-1PM. The cost is $15.00 per skater. Please check the calendar above to confirm, as times and days are liable to change.

Can I have a birthday party at Talbot Rink?
Yes, birthday parties will be held during an available hour at the rink. The fee for a birthday party is $250, which includes up to 20 pairs of skate rentals (if necessary).

Do you rent skates? What about skate sharpening?
We rent skates for $5.00 per session, and skate sharpening is also available for $5.00.
